The Dakota Pants truly shine when there’s an absence of shine (from the sun). These are bonafide cold, cool and wet weather pants. There’s a full coverage integrated waterproof liner and storm flap system that serves to block the rain but also any windchill from riding in colder conditions or at highway speeds. Beyond the wind and rain barrier, there’s a removable full thermal liner that sleeves in for additional warmth.
